How might we streamline the Waterloop recruitment process to allow managers to quickly review high-volume applications and manage the interview process to select the ideal candidates?

Designed a web recruitment portal with an application, interview, and decision portal - all of which work together seamlessly, allowing managers to streamline the entire process from viewing applications to sending out the final decision emails.
